Our Meat Lovers Lasagna is the Italian side of Capital Pizza & Steak House at full volume. Sheets of pasta are layered with salami, pepperoni, ham, bacon and seasoned beef, bound together with the same homemade Capital meat sauce that goes on our spaghetti and veal, then baked under cheese until the top browns and the corners caramelise. Garlic toast comes on the side to sweep the plate.
What Makes Our Meat Lovers Lasagna Special
The meat sauce does the heavy lifting. It is made in house, simmered long enough to lose its sharpness, and used generously between every layer so nothing dries out in the oven. Five different cured and seasoned meats give each bite a different character — the salami and pepperoni bring spice, the ham and bacon bring salt and smoke, and the beef gives the whole thing body. Portions are steakhouse-sized, which is why plenty of guests take half of it home.
