Our Chef's Salad is the salad for people who do not usually order salad. Crispy lettuce forms the base, then it is layered with sliced turkey, ham, egg, mixed cheese and tomato until the greens are almost covered. Garlic toast comes on the side and your dressing arrives separately so nothing wilts on the way to the table or to your door.
It is built to the same scale as the rest of our menu. Where many restaurants treat a chef salad as a side, ours is a full plate with enough turkey, ham and cheese to carry you through the afternoon. Everything is cut and assembled to order, the vegetables stay cold and crisp, and keeping the dressing on the side means you control how heavy it gets. It is our most popular lunch order for guests who want something lighter than pizza.
The Chef's Salad is a regular office-lunch order across Belle Rive, Eaux Claires and Brintnell, and it balances a table that is otherwise ordering pizza and pasta. Pair it with a Pepperoni Pizza or a Baked Penne with Meat Sauce, or add Dry Ribs for the table. Our Greek Salad, Caesar Salad, Chicken Caesar and Taco Chicken Salad are all on the full menu.
