Our nachos are layered, not piled. Cheese and toppings go through the platter rather than just across the top, so the chips at the bottom get the same treatment as the ones on the surface. Fresh tomato, jalapenos, onions and green peppers go on after the cheese melts, and sour cream and salsa arrive on the side so the chips stay crisp until you are ready for them.
What Makes Our Nachos Special
Size and structure. This is an appetizer portion by name only — it comfortably feeds a table of four as a starter or two people as a meal. Keeping the wet ingredients on the side is deliberate: nachos that arrive already dressed turn soft within minutes, and ours are meant to last through a full plate of conversation. Add jalapenos if you like heat, or leave them off for the kids.
